FAQS

Q.  What happens at a massage session?

A.  We will do a medical history.  This includes assessment of the environment and canine condition.  Then a visual gait analysis, conformation assessment and a check of coat condition.  The massage session is then performed with stretching and exercise as deemed appropriate.

Q.  How to prepare your dog for the treatment?

A.  Most importantly, choose a quiet space without distractions or other dogs.  Take your dog for a light walk to empty their bladder for comfort.  No food for 2 hours prior to session.

Q.  What to expect post treatment?

A.  Your dog may want to sleep straight after a session.  They may also have increased thirst and potentially loose stools.  These are all normal in the first 24 hours.  It is recommended to not do excessive exercise for 48 hours post treatment.
